Where Iraq's energy moves, we are already there.

The group

Built in 1988. Still delivering.

Al-Yaqut began in 1988 with a trading agency in Baghdad and grew, company by company, into a group serving the sectors on which Iraq runs: oil, power, engineering and supply. The group incorporates six companies, four of them dedicated to the oil industry, owned and managed by a team of engineers, consultants and commercial professionals.

The group's way of working has not changed since its first contract: exclusive representation of reputable international manufacturers, procurement executed to specification and on time, engineering grounded in study rather than improvisation, and long relationships with the Iraqi public sector and with international partners.
